Lecesse Construction is a seeking a Regional Construction Executive to manage multiple project teams in the Tri-State (NY-NJ-CT) Area. Through The Power of Partnership, Lecesse provides construction services to the multi-family residential market. Lecesse s customer value focus areas are senior housing, apartments and student housing.

This executive level position will have a clear path to become Vice President. We are seeking someone who believes in our core values of; Safety, Integrity, Ownership, Collaboration, Candor, and Community. Top candidates will have strong leadership, P&L and preconstruction skills.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in related field; or a Minimum of 15 years experience in C.M. with a minimum of 10 years managing multiple teams; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Must have experience working in Market, Senior Living, Affordable Housing, and Condominiums.
• Minimum of 10 years experience working in the Tri-State (NY-NJ-CT) Area.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience on both ground up and renovation of multi-family projects.

Must bring subcontractor and vendor relationships
