Company Background

Intertech Commercial Flooring is looking for a Project Coordinator candidate to join their Dallas team. This position will report directly to the branch general manager . 

Intertech Commercial Flooring is a privately owned Company that has been in business for more than 30 years. The Company has earned its place as Texas’ leading full-service commercial flooring contractor – from capping concrete, through design consultation, product selection and installation. Our work graces some of the most prestigious properties across Texas and the Southwest.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Provide project management support to the assigned Project Manager
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Labor Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
  • Partner with Project Manager and Purchasing to ensure material orders are accurate and timely.
  • Attend job site meetings which include pre-bid walk throughs, pre-construction walk throughs and routine site meetings.
  • Assist Project Manager with preparing job bids. 
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed. 

 

          

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and five years of commercial flooring and experience.
  • Strong general construction knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate customer needs.
