The Project Engineer will be responsible for field construction engineering and will supervise site based Field Engineers, Contract Administrators and document control personnel.
Develop all bid package scopes of work & technical documents
Responsible for technical portion of all equipment and construction contracts
Perform material and equipment expediting
Manage document control, RFIs and submittals
Manage project turnover process
Responsible for the RFI process and communication with the engineer(s)
Document non-conformance reports and resolves issues
Manage the project quality control program
Manage and participate in the development of turnover packages
Support commissioning and qualification requirements
Also seeking candidates for Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Controls Engineers (schedule & cost) and CQV Managers.
At least 5 years proven experience in the planning, engineering, construction, commissioning, or validation of pharmaceutical facilities and operations.
Understanding of standard operating procedures and documentation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in engineering or construction roles.
Direct experience with regulated environments (i.e. cGMP, OSHA, EPA) required.
