1.Provide strategic input for the development of processes, internal controls for project design, technical research, financial analysis, and scheduling; assist and facilitate programs, projects, initiatives, analysis, recommendations, and execution of capital projects; assist with oversight and ensure compliance of activities with mandates, laws, regulations, codes, and procedures.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, track metrics, administer contracts and implement plans; coordinate, lead, and interface with stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and consultants; interpret and presents plan and project information.
3.Provide analytical and technical support on projects; research and compile reports and other architectural and engineering documents and plans; provide input and justifications for program and financial activities; interpret and apply mandates, laws, and contract strategies; forecast, translate and track cost models, analysis, budget cycle formulation, contractual obligations, and management.
4.Track project objectives and mandates; support and refine processes and operational designing and redesigning strategies, and synthesizes metrics

Desired Education, Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management, construction management or a closely related field.
Two years of experience in an organization focused on architecture or engineering.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Possession of a California Architecture license is preferred but not required.
Depending on experience and qualifications, the hiring range is $60,000 - $75,000.
