POSITION PURPOSE An HBW Construction Assistant Project Manager is involved with all aspects of HBW Construction projects including marketing, sales, estimating, contract management, negotiating, project schedule and administration, financial management and closeout. In addition, Assistant Project Managers should have experience and familiarity with all aspects of the Project Engineers Role, understating the documentation flow and process for each project. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for up to 3 projects of appropriate size at any one time and ensures projects are of high quality, delivered on schedule, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
