Manage facilities AutoCAD building and site plans; provide space evaluations for room re-purposing and construction projects by verifying dimensions and conditions in the field and document same with photographs; update and maintain the College's space inventory and technical drawings to ensure accuracy? process updates to the department's electronic files including administering project closings and as-built information; and support the overall effectiveness of the Facilities Planning & Construction team.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of relevant experience, working with AutoCAD in architectural drafting, construction management, engineering, or related field. Experience can include work experience, college courses, or certificate training in AutoCAD.
Demonstrated ability to produce 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet deadlines required
Strong computer skills including proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
