Senior Project Manager for Design and Construction
Reporting to the Associate Director of Design & Construction, the Sr. Project Manager develops, implements and manages a portfolio of capital and expense improvement projects as assigned. Coordinate, facilitate and lead the planning, design, bid, construction, commissioning and close out. Work with end user groups, stakeholders and HMS Department representatives to adequately understand project scope and expectations. Develop project budget, scope and schedule based on these expectations and consistent with identified Capital Plan budget. Constantly evaluate alternative design and construction solutions. Properly write and execute standard University contract for A/E, consultant and contractor services in a manner that delivers a high quality, fiscally responsible solution. Due
