The Manager of Grants and PFCs will, under the direction from the Vice President – Planning and Development, seek appropriate grant opportunities and administer all Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) grants and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) applications. The Grants/PFC Manager plays a leadership role in conducting the overall grant/PFC efforts for the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and all six general aviation Reliever Airports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management a related field
Four years of progressively responsible experience leading federal and state grant program administration and compliance
In lieu of a degree, eight years of progressively responsible experience leading federal and state grant program administration and compliance
Experience with the Federal Aviation Administration grant process
Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience designing complex Excel spreadsheets at an advanced level
Experience analyzing and interpreting financial data, determining trends, anticipating problems and errors, and recommending course of actions
Experience analytically evaluating and organizing detailed information into concise written reports and correspondence using proper business vocabulary and grammar
