Assistant Project Manager - Engineering (San Diego, CA) F/T. Plan, support & coord the conceptual dvlpmt of multi-million dollar dsgn-build construction projects & use engg knowl to assist w/ scheduling, budgeting, & implmtn w/ guidance & supv'n from a project manager. Review & monitor dsgn w/ attention to scope, cost changes & constructability. Prepare detailed estimates & cost codes for initial cost control reporting & updates labor cost reports & summary cost reports. Work w/ project team to prepare & update progress schedules incl short term interval schedules. Utilize technical skills & tools such as REVIT, Primavera P6, Procore Project Mgmt, Navisworks Manage, Onscreen Takeoff, & Bluebeam Revu. Bach's deg (or foreign educational equiv) in Civil Engg, Construction Engg or closely r
