SUMMARY Under administrative direction, to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the design of multifamily new construction and modernization projects. The Architect is a single position classification which has primary responsibility for the development of plans, specifications, and other details of the Housing Authority’s modernization projects and designated building projects, including those of affiliated non-profits. The position also has responsibility for contract administration and inspection of construction projects.
