This position would work directly with the Client, the Client’s Contractors, our Consultants, and will report directly to the Project Managers with minimum direction required. Daily tasks would include reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, reviewing Change Orders, preparing ASIs and site observation reports, and attending on-site construction progress meetings. Traveling in multiple states in the U.S. will be required.
Minimum 5 years of experience. This position requires in depth knowledge of building materials and construction methodology as well as typical Project Delivery methods. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, and should have good written and verbal communication skills. This position requires the candidate to have a high level of proficiency in the review and application of specifications. Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Architecture-related field of study or Construction Management required.
