Construction Foreman (Haines City, FL): FTE. BS/BA + 2 years of experience required planning, directing, and coordinating activities concerned with the construction and maintenance, of residential structures. Participating in the conceptual development of a construction, maintenance, and or remodeling project, and overseeing its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Contracting, directing, and supervising construction workers. Negotiating agreements with clients, suppliers, and or subcontractors. Requisitioning licenses, permits, supplies, and materials to complete projects. Will need to travel to project sites within central Florida. Travel will likely be needed for approximately three days out of the five day week, depending on prospective and current project(s) loc
