What we are seeking

Our firm is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in high rise and housing. While you may bring diverse technical and design skills, this role is focused on project management. As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for project scope, schedule, and fee management.

This is what it looks like

• Estimate fees, determine the scope of work, and prepare proposals, contracts, and additional service requests for the most complex project
• Facilitate client communication
• Prepare strategic plans and collaborate with interiors PM to manage scope, schedule, and fee to ensure project success
• Design excellence on all assigned projects
• Create and actively manage client budgets, schedules, programs, project communications and documentation, and project team assignments
• Lead in business development efforts
• Lead interaction/engagement with the General Contractor during the project
• Collaborate with AM Practice and Business Services groups including Risk, TAG, BIM, Accessibility
• Handle the most complex projects of the most significant magnitude
• Provide oversight and mentoring of work of less experience project managers

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in Architecture.
• 5+ years of direct project management
• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or relevant experience
• Architectural licensure is preferred, but not required.
• A natural leader and mentor that inspires trust.
