Position Summary          The Director of Facilities Planning and Real Property is responsible for managing all liaison activities between the College – its personnel, strategic capital planning, initiation, and budgeting of design & construction projects, real estate transactions, and space management – and the UGA Office of University Architects and UGA Facilities Management Division.
