Communicates with project stakeholders to develop scope, budget, and schedule for construction projects as assigned and then keeps stakeholders up to date on the project status through completion. Manages all facets of assigned construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, communicating, coordinating, and confirming work of external contractors and F&S Crafts & Trades to ensure scope, budgets and schedules are met.
