The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction process from start to finish. Including vendors, negotiations, expectations, disputes, procurement and schedule. Travel up to 30% of the time.
Provides planning, administration, programming, design, construction and technical support. Develops and/or reviews budgetary controls documentation related to project construction administration, contractor payments, change orders, construction inspections, quality controls, safety and overall contract compliance and prepares estimates and analyzes contractor proposals.
