The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction process from start to finish. Including vendors, negotiations, expectations, disputes, procurement and schedule. Travel up to 30% of the time. Provides planning, administration, programming, design, construction and technical support. Develops and/or reviews budgetary controls documentation related to project construction administration, contractor payments, change orders, construction inspections, quality controls, safety and overall contract compliance and prepares estimates and analyzes contractor proposals. Attends meetings for input on construction, renovation, and other types of projects requested and serves in the execution and administration of engineering, design and construction contracts and updates bud
