OVERVIEW Assist in the land development entitlement process by obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for the construction of new stores, car washes, rebuild stores, and remodel projects and other miscellaneous Sheetz Store Development Projects. Review and interpret jurisdictional ordinances for design and entitlement purposes, identifying site feasibility concerns, providing preliminary development cost estimates, and project schedules.2.
