Role description: Support production of project level reports for CCL including detailed analysis of project cost and changes.  Maintain and control budget from design concept through to project completion. Coordinate with OR staff to establish initial budgets, develop cost estimates working with suppliers and other sources, and perform monthly Estimate at Completions on projects.  Change management and control for total project cost (GC’s, direct suppliers and professional appointments).  Analyze projects to ensure that project funding is adequate by performing estimates, cost forecasts, cost trends, and accrual of actual costs and attending deep dive meetings if required.  Ensuring the execution of internal cost control
