Role description:
We are growing so Arcadis is seeking a Project Scheduler with a focus on capital projects to join our Places Team. This is a REMOTE position, working directly with one of our clients.
As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for the complex analysis and review of project schedules and other documentation, utilizing Primavera P6 software, and generating reports and presentations for client meetings.
Role accountabilities:
Have regular interaction on construction projects and confirming progress is consistent with the project schedule and other project documentation
Participating in project risk reviews, performing schedule qualitative and quantitative analysis, and developing/maintaining/monitoring risk register
Identifying scheduling issues, capturing impacts and delays to schedules and recommend mitigation/recovery schedules
Attend meetings with clients and their stakeholders as well as with internal and external project professions
Review and analyse construction claims and providing opinions, advice and related reports, charts and graphs. Strong communication skills (written and oral) to advise and give updates on all scheduling related matters
Experience working with documents and contracts related to project contracts and scope
Qualifications & Experience:

Experience building and maintaining an organized, integrated EPC schedule using CPM, resource loading, baselining, coding and cost
Deep experience and logical approach to complex issues with the ability to coordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects
Capable of complex forensic analysis and scheduled reconstruction associated with claims analysis
Experience and understanding of the construction project process
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage with the client/ key stakeholders as well as internal and external project professionals at all levels
Proficiency with Primavera P6
Focus on health and safety
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying) or equivalent work experience
10+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and other related software like MS Office

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $94,760.00 to $142,140 year.
