The Wittman Regional Airport desires a highly qualified candidate to fill the Operations & Maintenance Manager position. Located in Oshkosh, WI, the Airport is home to EAA's annual AirVenture convention. Each July, Wittman Airport becomes the busiest in the world, and in this position, you will be directly involved in the preparation and execution of AirVenture. We are looking for someone passionate about aviation who seeks to further their career at the most dynamic airport in the country.
This position is responsible for providing oversight of the daily operations at the Airport including managing airfield operations, building and field maintenance. The Operations & Maintenance Manager will report to the Deputy Airport Director and supervises the Airport's Operations & Maintenance Department.

Two-year college degree preferred.
Minimum of three years experience working in aviation, airport maintenance/operations, electrical, mechanical, construction management or related field.
Supervisory experience preferred.
AAAE ACE Ops Certification is desirable.
