The Bloomberg School of Public Health Facilities Management Department is seeking a Design & Construction Project Manager.  The Design and Construction Project Manager is responsible for: developing and maintaining the project budgets, schedules and scope of work statements, preparation of project construction estimates and schedules, plans review, project execution and management of consultant and contractor activities on minor and major capital projects ranging from $5,000 to $5,000,000. All activities are performed under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Design and Construction and in coordination with Departmental Administrators and Facilities Management staff.
