JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for the management of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) including all types of construction such as facilities, parks, streets, etc. as well as projects in collaboration with the Enterprise Project Management Office and other city departments from conception through completion. The Capital Projects Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, project management, and the coordination, monitoring, and managing of the development of project scopes and schedules. This position will coordinate budgets, estimates, and preliminary schedules and will review costs for active capital projects.
