Job TitleHVAC Automation System Specialist Job Description SummaryResponsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and documentation of all Base Building HVAC systems and equipment as it pertains to tenant comfort. This includes but is not limited to: Perimeter induction & radiation units, fan coil boxes, VAV boxes, water source heat pumps as well as associated DDC and pneumatic control actuators. Required theoretical understanding and working knowledge of the following systems: chillers, cooling towers, fans, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, ancillary support equipment, water treatment and associated controls.
