About you: The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of assigned properties, including the operation, physical condition and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with applicable management contracts. In this role, you will: Maintain owner and tenant relationships through appropriate communication. Understands marketplace rental levels and pricing.  Responsible for promoting the leasing of vacant spaces.
