REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
- Six years of project management experience in large scale development, design, or construction required.
- Thorough working knowledge of the principles and practices of civil and architectural engineering and construction management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, construction diagrams, topographical drawings, plat maps, and related graphics and schematics.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills.
- Thorough working knowledge of federal and state statutes and codes for building construction, operations, and safety.
- Inclusive knowledge of ADA accessibility requirements related to public buildings and Universal Design principles.
- Thorough knowledge of managerial and supervisory principles and practics.
