The Department of Project Management and Construction Service seeks a Design and Construction Project Manager. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project budgets, schedules and scope of work statements as well as for the preparation of project construction estimates and schedules; plans review; project execution and management of consultant and contractor activities on minor and major capital projects ranging from $5,000 to $5,000,000.  All activities to be performed under the supervision by the Assistant Director of Project Management, and in coordination with Departmental Administrators, and Facilities Management staff.  Must be capable of managing multip
