ABOUT THE POSITION   The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Assistant/Associate Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical) position.  This recruitment will be used to fill vacancies in both Construction Management and Design Engineering. This position will be primarily responsible for: Construction Management: Assisting project management staff by providing engineering design, construction management, contract oversight, and field inspections. Interfacing with District staff in other service groups, utility agencies, consultants, contractors, and other governmental agencies to clarify issues and resolve problems. Participating in con
