This position is responsible for managing capital projects for the Office of Capital Project Management and Development within the Office of Planning, Design and Construction. The Capital Project Manager manages professional design consultants for capital projects from preliminary concept, cost and program development through final construction phase, including project closeout and warranty period for a portion of LSU's total capital project value of approximately $1 Billion.  This position is responsible for the general oversight of the project delivery process. In-state travel including some overnight stays may be required for projects at other LSU campus locations - LSU Alexandria, LSU Eunice, Pennington Biomedical Center, LSU Health Sciences New Orleans, LSU Health Sciences Shrevepo
