The County of Orange is seeking a Capital Projects, Assistant Deputy Airport Director – Project Planning and Delivery to provide strategic direction and technical expertise for John Wayne Airport’s capital programs. This leader will guide the planning, programming, and execution of a diverse portfolio of capital improvement projects aligned with the Airport’s long-term vision. Position plays a key role in shaping infrastructure investments that sustain safety, efficiency, reliability, and excellent customer service. • Knowledge of public contracting codes, design and construction standards, and project management software.
