Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or ArchitectureFive years of experience in construction and the ability to oversee skilled trades employeesAbility in maintaining organized records, maintaining complex spreadsheets, and composing reports.Knowledge of CMMS software, financial accounting software, Microsoft Office products (or equivalent), Google products, Smart Phone technology, tablet technology, and computers.Ability to read and understand construction documents pertaining to architectural and engineering scope.Experience in managing laboratory construction.Experience in estimating.Ability to identify and solve issues before they become problems - proactive problem solving.
